if money is tight use one of theirs other than that a medium action rod that will handle up to 6 oz should do some spro jigs and acouple of fluke rigs or just buy a pack of loose hooks and swivles and some fish finders as for baught rigs some times they work some times your better off with just a plain hook i do good with the spin glow ones at times

I've got a rod and some fluke rigs. But I've never been on a party boat before I was wondering more about whether you need things like a cooler w/ ice, your own bait, and that kinda stuff. I like to use killies with a strip of squid.

they usally have squid and spearing and sand eels it would be a good choice to bring killies as for a cooler it would be good to have one for the fish and a smaller one for lunch and drinks and as metioned spro jigs big time and gulp alive

as far as a gear list goes...answer these few questions
1. Do you have a fishing rod that is capable for you to use up to 8 ounces?
2. When is the last time you changed the line on your reel?
3. Do you have sinkers up to 8 ounces?
4. Do you have rigs? Bring a few because you never know.

I see the Bingo everyday and if everyone brings their own cooler its gonna be tight. so we might wanna consolidate
