My brother took his first buck, with a bow,  saturday morning. It followed a dragline(used Tink's 69) to his stand. We were hunting a property we lease in Monroe. I'll put a picture of it in the photo gallery.

it's great to hear of all the stories of the Fist bow kill that are posted on this web site. I remember my first buck shot- A half rack spike - which makes it a 1 Pointer! - with a gun when I was 14 - and with a bow when I was 23.
I hunted with a bow for 6 years, but was only allowed to kill does on our farm.

Unless you are Dragthor, and you shoot your first bow buck, and your first buck with a new bow, and your first muzzleloader buck, and your first buck while........

Again, thanks everyone

On saturday, the lucky bugger(brother) had a 6" spike walk under his stand. it was around the same time as the following sat. Something spooked him though and he ran off. Can't wait til this weekend

I've hunted winslow WM, shot a few nice deer across from the park before the office, few years ago guy got a nice 10pt bow season,,they drive it hard shotgun season,,
