For the range, start at the dirt rd off hawkins rd, follow that dirt road to the spot were you can either go left or right.Go left, follow that all the way to the field that behind that small lake there. For the dog training area, same thing, but my the about 100yards before the powerline crossing.

I'm having trouble finding it having never been there before.
Are those lanes I see south of my marked positions archery ranges? Looks like 6 shooting lanes... If so, what direction and distance (N,S,E,W) from there is the shooting range and dog training area? __________________ Tight Lines, Wet Nets, Filled Tags and Full Bags

tdaly25, I found a map of Hacklebarney but am not sure how accurate it is. Also, in doing some reading, only part of the park can be hunted (600+ acres of it). I have contacted DFW requesting details of which areas can be hunted and a map if available. Once I get the info I need I will create a map. If you have any of the above resources or other info you think I can use, please feel free to let me know either here or email on the web site.

Changes made to site to make it easier to get stuff into Google Earth. All files are now KMZ file (not kml) amd should (hopefully) open google earth directly.

Of course. Just make sure to say "No" when it asks if you want it to be your default browser.
I changed the site a bit and it may work perfectly w/ ie now. Give that a shot first and if that fails to work download firefox. also, make sure you have installed and running Google Earth. __________________ Tight Lines, Wet Nets, Filled Tags and Full Bags
