Anyone know for sure if it going to be the 1st or the 8th of December? I want to put my vacation time in.

I believe it's the 8th. Because the week after Thanksgiving is P.A. That's the way it usually is.

the best rule of thumb as per F&G, six day firearm is ALWAYS the monday AFTER the first saturday in december __________________ KEEP YOUR FILTHY PAWS OFF OF ME.....YOU DAMN DIRTY APE!!

Another way to remember is the second Monday after Thanksgiving. The first Monday after Thanksgiving is Muzzleloader and PA opening day. The second Monday is Six day.
