I would be depending on "how much land" "how many hunters" "type of hunting" "type of land" and "amount of money"
Personally I would prefer BOW ONLY CLUB

What about killers? Are they really allowed in? Reason why I ask this is there are clubs that would rather have members that don't hunt much or just like to take the does and could not care less about a buck much or just don't care about what they go after and theres not much competition to worry about.

GW..I know how you feel, trust me...

But look at it like this..NJ farmers are losing land at an alarming rate.

Speaking with farmer friends, they informed me that if they cant farm enough land in NJ, its too expensive to move their operation to another state.

A farmer friend of mine farms 2200 acres in central NJ..In 3 years, that will be down to just 1700 acres, if he's lucky.

Factor in the price of fertilizer, lime and taxes on the land that they own, not to mention how much they pay to LEASE the farm rights.....

How could they not charge ? They are struggling, just like we are.

Yes, hunters are doing farmers a favor..But they need to feed their family and livestock, just like we do.

I'm sure I'll have to pay, one day and I'm fine with that as long as I'm paying a friend, or I "paid" to purchase the land.

If the land is write I’m definitely in. I’m in zone 13 what farms are you thinking about?  Or at least what towns?  How many Acres?  Too late for this year?  Did you get a round about number that the farmers want or at least a minimum.  Is it $1500, $4000 $10,000 WHAT?  SOUNDS REAL GOOD.  AND ALSO IM LOOKING FOR A REALTOR.
