i'd be interested if the property was good and not too many guys for the size of the property. deer and turkeys only would be a definite plus. i would spend top dollar for the right property and situation.

I'm in whatever the cost provided its bow only and were not shooting bucks under 120 " Jersey has the potential to grow great bucks if we let the deer get some age.

I'm interested, bring on the info, I love the idea of bow only and QDM

I'm interested also. But, how do you go and say 8 or better. Some deer will never grow to be much. You need to take these deer out of the herd. I'm all for managing, and look for quality deer. On the one farm we hunt, there was a big 6. Let me tell you, he was older and wouldn't be much more then that.

Good luck in your endeavor...but already seems to be differences on what can be harvested and with what what kind of weapons, baiting, driving with interested members. Choose your members wisely or you will have nothing but headaches.

This is a noble endeavour but once money changes hands the game changes. You need a lot of land to be effective and a select few with years of experience and patience, Driving deer off the property, thats a hoot Good luck choose wisely
