Ken, have you seen that tree stand up behind the one house on Allaire road across from the check in building? Must be nice to be able to sit in that spot. I also found bright eyes going back into Allaire of of West 18th ave. They go right past the Allaire State Park boundry signs __________________ NJH PRO STAFF >>--->

Yeah people have snuck in there for years. This year the caught a guy hunting the county garage side of hospital rd. I heard they went to his house and confiscated racks and mounts seems he'd been doing it for years __________________ Vice President Ocean County Federation Of Sportsmans Club Life Member UBNJ NAHC NRA Member Black Knight Bowbenders

I saw a monster on that side in August. One of the biggest I have ever seen. I posted about it in August maybe that drove him to go back. __________________ NJH PRO STAFF >>--->

| I've seen some monsters in that whole area before. In that train field at Allaire State park and also on the lawn of that elderly person place on Hospital Rd. I would love to take a walk next to that elderly place right there and look for sheds. I think that's a campground right there. | ||

Walked the Mills for five hours today looking for sheds, and didn't find a thing. I think bowhunter444 found them all.

I was out today...found about 8 sets of bones...one was from this year. Found a skull with horns from a 3 point and another from a young spike, the rest were does. Found a small skull, maybe a fox.
No sheds for me...again. I suck at shed hunting...but seem to find everything else from a deer. |

Yeah I setup rebar traps but I pulled them all because there are a lot of guys out scouting for turkey. I'm now just walking the woods and finding them but I also have been looking in the same spots now for 25 years and know where to look to find sheds. __________________ Vice President Ocean County Federation Of Sportsmans Club Life Member UBNJ NAHC NRA Member Black Knight Bowbenders

Some of the bucks on my properties didn't lose their bone until the second week of April this year. I have found 3 sheds so far this year. One is a non typical but it is a very young deer. __________________ EAT SLEEP HUNT Make your dreams a reality. Take a kid hunting. Film your next hunt. www.nloutdoors.com
