I was just recently down there, and saw handmade signs on the trees saying to pass small bucks.  What is the activity level like in that area during bow season? Deer and Human?

Very tight with locals. I started hunting in there with a guy who had a badge. If not I would have never made a season.

do the signs say 125 or better and dont shoot small bucks? only 2 people are allowed to hunt that woods and i know 1 of them...the guy that put up those signs was tresspassing and no longer is allowed to hunt there...the other guy i dont know that hunts there is a CO....heres a lil clue if theres and old car just in the main woods its the same place

11pointer..Not all those woods are private. Ithink I know of the place your talking about. A good part is county Or state & unless there is a local ordnace they really can't charge you with anything.

Never knew your a local guy (south Jersey). I think we might be out numbered in here

I know a guy that got a fairly large 10 pointer in there.  He said he killed himself getting it out, and he quit going in there because of that.  I figured since it was a pain to hunt in there, others would feel that way, and would get a pretty large area to myself.  But I forgot we are in NJ.  Would love to hunt on the speedway property, always see big tracks in the parking lot when going to the races.

There are some slobs shot out of there every year. I have seen a few of them, but I was told you have to really know the parameters to hunt the right spots.
