Notify the state biologists they want to know the areas that they are repopulating. Their was a notice on the fish and wildlife website at on point. What area was it from? Cool little guy

I think the bobcat is the only animal thats supposed to be around here that I still have not seen in person in the wild...  I think after deer season is over I'm gonna set up some carcass cams and see what shows up.

My guess is that he didnt like something about the camera...and he probably took off right after seeing the IR.

I was just thinking that too Chris.  That bobcat is slick, all over that camera. Can probably hear someone click off a safety.

He probably saw the red light that all IR cams emit?

I was testing my IR cam in my basement the other night and the red lights that flash quickly can easily be picked up...

Possibly...But do cats see colors...especally infrared.

He may have heard the camera click..It is a very faint click, but he is very close to the camera and very focused !

Regardless..I hope he comes back.
