There should be nothing to think about. I'd call the police let them know that this guy is trespassing. Then, I'd contact a game warden let them know that this guy was hunting out of season. I'd definitely hit him with a 1 - 2 punch. David __________________ NJ... Where fun comes to die!

You have no choice but to call. What if you were hunting bow in camo and this guy took a shot with his shotgun and hit you? Or himself? Then you may have issues with the owner of the property.

Dont give up. Now that the season is winding down you should be able to get a live body on the phone. You got a lot of advice here so put it to use. Ask the CO what can you do, what evidence do you need, etc. Prepare yourself for next season when the nitwits return. Sadly they will be back so get your ducks lined up and know your rights and who to call. You have to take the first step
