went out with the ML today, saw about 100 ducks in the swamp this AM, I thought the deer would be in the swamp with the 7 inches of ice on the ground, I only saw 3, headed up th mountain and saw over 20 deer, 3 different spike bucks, turkeys trying to find food, 1 doe with an arrow and guts sticking out of her, no shot, tracked her all afternoon, until she headed into a development. she was bleeding good (6-10 inch diameter spots every 20-30 feet) but never layed down. I back tracked from where I picked up the blood, she must have been hit yesterday or this morning, the guy tracked her for about 300 yards and gave up when she headed up this field that was almost impossible to walk upecause of the ice.
