2008 totals:
500+ bass caught...I finally lost count
4 pound bass: 3
5 pound bass: 2
still lookin for that 6 lber...or the state record?

MASTR, I totally agree with your little statement. Its ashame, eh ?

Thas why most NJ hunters are taken back and in disbelief at the bucks we have on our farms, they think its Illinios !!  I say, its called management, try it and you can have bucks like this too !!


But you know what, as long as everyone is having fun, the trophy really is in the eyes of the beholder. To each their own..

Man if I had all these bucks on one piece of property I would be doing some managment and maybe doing some guided hunts$$$$ lol

what towns you guys hunting?, i hunt 8 and 9 and am really hoping you guys arent close to my pieces of property hahaha, but seriously... lol

I couldnt tell from the pics, but did you happen to take a nice 8 pointer with really heavy bases out of Roxbury? He was definitely an older deer with a real big body.

Let me know so I can stop hunting him....


Also, I'm wondering if you're part of the group I met last year. I was out shed hunting with the recurve in late winter....At least two of the guys are Roxbury cops. They were out Muzzleloader hunting doing drives to each other. Nice guys, I met and talked to the one officer again this summer.

You can keep hunting him I heard there was a big 8 shot on the Mtn behind Quick check in Mount Arlington. No I dont hunt with the Roxbury cops Also big eight on McNears Mtn Where do you hunt in Roxbury
