This doe was 126lbs and I think 5lbs of that was tumor in her lower jaw..The guys wanted to cut it out and look at it but I wanted nothing to do with that

Great big doe
It happens as they get older, it's like an abscess in the jaw line, some one on here shot a good buck with the same thing and a link what posted in the thread to a site that gave details on this jaw infection or tumor or what ever it was.

Lumpy Jaw....food impaction and subsequent infection owing to partial jaw paralysis and inadequate food management in the mouth - brought on by parasitic worms clustering in a branch of the carotid artery which gives blood to the jaw.......or....and antler wound if that makes yo feel better.
