I think I have a job for him to doo...    He can put an apple on his head so I can fine tune my skills...

These acts they do though just prove how INSANE they are...   they can't just live and let live... they have to try to stop people from doing what they want and will break the laws to terrorize people...  damn terrorists!!!!

This sort of thing was common at "buckhorn creek WMA" when it first opened. By the way anyone hunt there it was some great property a few years ago. Just to far for us to really get serious about.

According to a ranger I spoke to it was over on Eldridge road and the person used paint thinner on some cars. A hunter coming out of the woods spotted the dick and followed him back to his house where I a little ass beating might have occurred.

It was on Pittenger pond rd. The whole story will come out and once convicted the whole story with details and names will be given to the press.

The book and the shelves were thrown at then today. He was observed doing the deed to the vehicle's. He was caught red handed and with his trousers down, by someone else sitting in his own car while the crimianl was vandalizing the other vehicle. He was  accompanied by another individual who was in the car with the criminal.

All the details I'm sure will be posted once all the charges, (there are quite a few)  which took place today. It would be up to the individual's involved to give the details. Right now is a legal matter.

NIce, I hope the laws follows through and we need to stay on top of this.  The intent is malice, so I hope the law and the judge realize how things could escalate in this situation.

I would actually go further than that... this is a domestic terrorist and needs to be treated that way.  This is the third or fourth time I've heard of this during this hunting season... it happened to Rugman in sterling forest.  This is a conscious effort by a group of a-holes to scare hunters out of the woods.  If that is terrorism I don't know what is.

Sorry it took two days to get back on line, El Jefe basically gave you the story. The guy squirted paint thinner with a hypodermic needle on two vehicles, and was witnessed by as many as 3 people, including two who were sitting in the vehicle when it happened. The guy is facing several charges, Assault, criminal mischief, property damage, hunter harassment, careless driving and possible other charges once the investigation concludes. This guy has been harassing hunters for year, it's time to throw the book at him. This individual is now well-known to the park rangers, Freehold Twp Police and many hunters who use the park, he's brought a tremendous amount of eyes on him. He won't be able to pull this shit again!

The should have stuck it up his ass and injected the f-ing scum. they should also charge him with any tampered stands or related crime in the immediate area that happened previously.

I wonder if it was anyone well known that is connected with STUpid ass or the "bear group" ??? If it is, then they should see if there was any conspirecy with any of the others going on and charge them too, if involved.

The best way to lose a case it tack crap on that the prosecutor cant' prove.  He'll pay for the crap he pulled and hopefully others will get the message.

Lets see, he vandalized how many vehicles ?

He is already in violation of the following:

N.J.S.2C:17-7
N.J.S.2C:18-5
N.J.S.2C:33-14.1;43

Not to mention possible criminal tresspassing, if that is applicable on the property he had to gain access too in order to commit these offenses.

Also, as the dollar amount of damage rises, so does the fine and penalty.

I would absolutely LOVE for this gentleman to come onto my farm and try to destroy something of mine. I had a feeder destroyed and a stand stolen last year. I wouldnt have hesistated to put an arrow in the leg of that person, if I had been there. Oops, privated property, thought it was a deer !!!

While there seems to be a very strong case against this loser, this pathetic state will give him a slap on the wrist with a promise from him that he'll never do it again.  NJ sucks that way.

Hypodermic needles could be considered paraphanalia on the street, however, in court it would be dismissed, lack of evidence relating to the charge.

If he has an insulin deficiency, forget it, I wouldnt even try to charge him with that, it would be a waste of time.

The needle could fall into missuse/possesion of medical equipment, unlawful possesion of medical equipment, or something like that.

You know, in my mind. Force, should be met with an equal or superior force. If they would like to play dirty, thats fine. But WE ARE THE ONES WITH THE GUNS !!

Bad idea... anyone using a gun on an unarmed person for whatever reason is going to be villified in this state.  But don't get me wrong, I totally understand where you're coming from.  When I was in college, my house had a car broken into every week... and they were parked behind our house.  A couple guys decided to hide out in the garage one night with a 12 pack and some bats.  It took a few nights but they eventually got some batting practice... and the cars were left alone after that.  I think thats kinda what you're getting at.
