All I know is last year stands were found on the Non hunting side of Hospital Rd. So, anyone who would again try and hunt that side would be retarted. Oh, and the stands being found on the other side is a fact! Who knows what happened. Obviously something bad happened and that's that. I'm sure we will all find out eventually. Big deer are shot in Allaire. And as soon as it's something really big, then all the "illegal" stories start being made up.

I havent been on here in a while.  a news on this?

If you want to know what happened that day, try going to the Wall Twp Police Dept. The Hospital Rd. section of Allaire State Park is covered under the jurisdiction of Wall Twp Police. They as well as the State Park Police and NJ Fish and game would all most likely work together on any complaints coming from within the park. If there were any criminal charges or summons issued that day it would be prosecuted at the Wall Twp Municipal Court. Any incident or complaint that the Wall police responded to would be on file even if they just responded as back up. They would do in incident report. All you have to do is go to the records division at Wall Police and file request under "OPRA" for any incidents that took place on Hospital road at Allaire on that day.
Hope that helps someone and we can put an end to this thread.

From the Wall Police Dept web site
Public Records Requests:

In accordance with the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) public records may also be picked up between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some public records may be subject to redactions based on guidelines set forth by OPRA.

OPRA request forms are available at police headquarters or online. Click here to download an OPRA form in PDF format.

Fee schedule for OPRA requests is as follows: first to tenth page, $0.75 per page;

eleventh to twentieth page, $0.50 per page; all pages over twenty, $0.25 per page.

**OPRA REQUESTS WILL NOT BE FAXED**
