Deer jumps through window of Aberdeen school
Posted by the Asbury Park Press on 10/16/07 Post Comment ABERDEEN — A deer crashed through a classroom window earlier this morning, startling the 20 fifth-graders and the two teachers before running out into the hallway and the cafeteria where he was coaxed out of the school, according to police. No one was injured. At 9:54 a.m., police received a call that a deer had jumped through a classroom at Lloyd Road School, said Deputy Chief Rick Derechailo. When the officers arrived, the deer, a buck, was in the cafeteria, said Derechailo. The officers and the staff were able to corral the deer using lunch tables and coax him out the back door, he said. Once outside, the deer unsuccessfully tried to jump through a second window before running off into the woods, said Derechailo. The students at Bonnie McCullough and Brenda Adelson were not injured. Police were not sure if the deer had any injuries. |

Happenend in Berlin NJ the other week..deer went through a Sleepy's store window.
Guess it happened because the NJ F&G are manipulating deer numbers and not because of over development? ![]() __________________ |

It happened at my sisters school in Wayne last year. But it never made the news. I don't think the school really thought it was news worthy. __________________ It isn't the catch or the kill that makes for a great outdoor experience but enjoying all that God has created for us.
