I was not able to get out this morning. I 've been fighting a head cold this entire week but I have had enough energy in the afternoons to get out! So this morning my fever broke and with the cold front coming in, I sucked it up and headed to the tree @ 3pm. Thats was still not early enough. While climbing up 5 deer pass by about 35yrds. I had deer movement all afternoon, The total for my sit this evening was 11 after the first 5 since the bow was now in my hand. I let a few bigger does go by with little on trailer behind. At 5:40 pm the 11th Doe came in solo and I decided to take the shot. At 12yrds I stopped her broadside and drilled her perfect. After the shot she stood there for a few seconds, though I missed, but realized she didn't even knew she was hit. then walk 30yrds and fell over!
Sorry for the late post.. I had a meeting for my gun club tonite. heres some picks!
