having been a all season hunter in zone 18 exclusively for 25+ years...its hard to really say. large numbers on doe days...maybe not alot of deer overall?...maybe. coyotes?...maybe. having witnessed first hand last year 2 coyotes hunt and kill a fawn and the numerous coyote sightings just from my own trips. one thing i will say, maybe its all plus with 8 resident gun clubs its hard to find an inch of 18 thats not driven during shotgun week....keep patient and hunt hard there is still alot of deer in 18. AND KILL THOSE DAMN COYOTES!!!!! by the way..during the january special coyote season we hunt alot at night with shotgun and all kinds of calls for coyote...anyone interested pm me my friends and i would love the company and its a blast

i certainly will,and for the record please dont think i was bashing gun clubs, i am a member as well i was just stating alot of 18 is driven and as far as coyote ges the more the merrier...do u guys enjoy the night hunt?

I figured you might be a member of one of them. I was just letting you know that i am too. I belong to Woodruff. What one do you belong too? We have alot of fun doing the night coyote hunt. A few of us just started doing it towards the end of the season last year. Very true I beleive the yottes are taking there share. Need to take a few out all over.
