i hope to be out in zone 5 tomorrow morning. i'm going to move about half way up the ridge. so far all the deer i saw haven't been down bottom by me. they are walking half up the hill instead. i need to get another deer. __________________ Soccer-Mom Pro-Staffer

Me too woj. I found a rub line on a scout last Sunday. I went in at 10 pm on tuesday night and hung a stand in a nice bottleneck along the line. Could be trouble..... __________________  Helping deer go up the food chain since 1979.

Good luck to you guys heading out in 5 & 6 I hope you all connect with what your looking for... whether it's a big doe to fill the freezer, a little one for tender eats or a trophy buck with a monster rack. Or even just a peaceful day out in the woods.
I'll be out in zone 9 at sunup. Hopefully the heat will keep the woods free of other hunters. Had a guy crashing thru the brush under my stand last weekend  Needless to say, I did not see a deer that morning  __________________ Dog's on point... get ready!!!

I am debating going out. Looks like it is going to be hot! I know there is no better place to be than in a tree but I wonder if I would be just wasting time. __________________ Born to Hunt, forced to work.
