i'll be hunting colliers mills zone 18 in the am but i'm not sure what tree i'll be in haven't made up my mind anyway hope i see some deer
i have a sweat spot for the pm sit but it's hard to get to in the am without bumping deer good luck to all going |

missed a doe at 15 yrds in the a.m
buddys saw 6 more saw one doe in the p.m no shot but under 10 yrds out real thick also didn't see many other guys out hunting |

I was out in the Mill this afternoon. Saw 3 right at dark. To dark and too far away to see what they were. First time hunting there. It felt nice to be in the woods again, far away from the screaming kids and bitching wife.  __________________ My son says "Dad! You hunt deer for deer sausage, right?" I say yea sure!....He then says "When I grow up I'm gonna hunt werewolves, so I can have werewolf sausage for breakfast."

Me and 6point were there all day exept for a lunch break. I saw 7 deer but had no shots, 6point saw more than 10 but had bow problems. I made a stand adjustment in the p.m. but no good. I think I have them pegged now they are feeding on some acorns to my left both in the morning and evening. I'll try again on Mon. with 6point.

Me and 6point were out again this morning. And I blew it big time. Doe came in from behind me and I looked over my right shoulder and she was about 15 yards away. I put my release on and looked over my left shoulder and she busted me. Should have waited for her to get in front of me. Lesson learned. Man getting that first deer with a bow is tough.

went out with the wife, saw quite a few. wind was real bad, they all winded us. she passed on a small 4 pointer. __________________ Take your video camera with you, make the hunt last forever.
