The farmer wanted the land for farming and to lease out for hunting. He offered 5,000 for the year for exclusive rights for both. There is probably about 50 tillable acres out of the 100 acres total. This is my best offer so far.

The 200/mo is the total price, not per person. A couple people that e-mailed me were not sure about that. I have had a lot of responses but nobody has come out and looked at the place yet. The first check gets the lease.

I am in monroeville but grew up hunting the wharton and surroending areas. So I would mostly be a saturday hunter.
