Has anyone tried this place yet? They are located in Pine Island NY just outside of Vernon NJ. I've had thier Keilbasa, Pepperoni Sticks and Hot Dogs. They are excellent. I'm going to bring them 30lbs of deboned venison and get some different meats made. They were on the food network with Bobby Flay and in Field and Stream Magazine. I don't think the prices are all that bad either...

I don't think they skin the deer there. It says meat must be Clean, Fresh and Boneless. It also says that they will not acccept meat between 10:30am and 1:00 pm. I am assuming it is a waste of everybody's time because they are so busy between those hours. __________________ 09 Crackerized Bowtech Captain

Been going for 3 years now, His service and products are AMAZING, Bobby Flay did a show on him awhile back. We ususally get the Cheddar &jalepeno , Plain hot dogs, Also get apple maple breakfast sausage, Hot sweet italian sausage, and Hot sticks. We bring up an average of 100 pounds of de-boned and chunked venison, his turn-around isnt that bad either. I would definately recommend him.
