I shot a doe on Friday night and since my usual butcher did some undesirable business moves, I tried Killers Kitchen in Leonardo.
http://www.killerskitchen.com/ I asked Chuck for a discount card and he sent it so I save $10.00, total cost was $60 for a regular cut. Chuck and his wife were real nice and even let me drop the deer off after 9:00 that night. Nice clean facilities. They asked me questions about what cuts I wanted and told me it would be ready by Sunday. 
I just picked up the deer tonight and cuts look very professional and are shrink wrapped. I inspected the meat and did not see any hair. A good job by Chuck and family. I would recommend them

Chuck, If the guys want to drop off here and use the walk in that will be fine. Rich our regular butcher will be taking the deer up to Chuck and Ann and will be working with them through out the season. Just call first between regular bussiness hours 11.00 am to 7:00 pm and bring all you hunting information along with a slip of paper saying that it is ok for us to transport your deer up to Chucks place and your good to go . All pick ups and transactions must be made at the Killer Kitchens site.

My brother brought one to killers kitchen a few weeks ago he said chuck was a hell of a nice guy and he was real happy with the cuts we will be using him from now on.

I also used killers kitchen. top notch job and the beef jerky is EXCELLENT! by the way killer, 5 lbs was not enough jerky, it was gobbled up by everyone who tried it. thanks again. __________________ Welcome to New Jersey Whiner!
