Would people be interested in vacumm packing at an additional cost for 2007? The bags and time would make it take a little longer and that is where the expense would come in. Let Jimmy know your thoughts!

What are his prices ? Is this the same guy who picks up deer from the Country Sportsmen ?

Can you drop off your whole deer to be processed by him, or does it have to be skined and quartered?

Anyone have a list of what he charges?

Drop off the deer and tell him what cuts u want and the rest is easy for u. $65.00 a deer I think. Processing is extra and so would vacumm packing.

No this is not the same butcher. His name is Jim the deer butcher and his business/house is in Hawthorne.

I'm just 5 mins away in Lodi.

1. Do I call before dropping off a deer?
2. I guess he skins them, so is there a different entrance to bring the deer in?
3. what are his price (ballpark)?

I was at Jim's today for lunch. I use to work for him. He is taking deer in as of Oct, 1st. $75.00 reg cut, $20.00 to cape out the head for mounting. Go in the store front on Monroe and tell him you have a deer. Then bring it in the deer door on High Street. It's the brown door between the two brown painted plywood windows.
