I just wanted to let you know my cousin john was very
happy with the job you guys did with his doe.(head shot) He was actually excited about how it was all
in vacuum bags and the jerky was in small bags instead of 2 pound in one big bag.It was nice talking you guys
on sunday.Good luck!

Found this site while looking for a decent butcher down around Whiting.  Joe and I are getting to old to butcher our own. And I do mean "butcher".  Can still skin in a flash but never did get the hang of cutting.

Hey Rich! I seen you on halloween. You should have stopped by.Any luck this year?I guess so if your looking for butchers.Come to think of it,I found NJH looking for a butcher.

Passed up 2 shots. Well, not really, they winded me. We butched Joe's button buck day before yesterday. Was his first time out since having both knees replaced.  I actually didn't start hunting until the chiggars were gone.
