Whack, you hunt Somerset county, right?  Jerky Jim in Bridgewater.. a little more expensive (VERY little), but does great work, and is usually done in a day or so.  PM me if you want his number.

YOu thought Bernies was expensive?? I found him last year, and didn't think $65 was bad at all....wraps everything nice, labels etc etc.....his extra stuff can be expensive I agree, like sausages, hot dogs etc...

I know there is another butcher somewhere on Texas Rd.

P & T Butchers on Texas Road.  If you know were All Season Sport's and Taxidermy is.  Pull out of their parking lot and make right go to light make right on Texas Road.  Go about 200 to 500 yard you will see a sign First Class Auto Glass pull in their driveway, P & T is in there.  Put deer in cooler, pen and paper on counter write name and phone number with what you want put tag on deer.  Cutlets, chop meat, stew meat.  They were about $75.
