Three fawns were taken in the AM there- 2 of them were button bucks. The 2 guys that shot one each in the field were yelling so much I climbed down at 715AM. I walked up to those PROUD guys and asked them if they needed to borrow a fillet knife for those little damn things. A bag of corn in my trunk weighed more then any of the three deer shot Saturday. The other button buck was taken by a first time hunter so I am not down on his judgement to take his first deer. There were 10 people hunting that little stretch on #17 on Sat AM.

Went out yesterday with my son to mills, we hunt opposite the main area.  Have been hunting there for ten years and last year placed two of my stands in tree so my 8 yr old could come with me and some a** cut the locks and stole both stands.

I don't walk around over there too much during the season but if I see someone suspicious looking I'll pay them a visit. Have you had any luck yet? Saw three does today but no shot.

went out the other day, saw a small fawn, there were two guys just at dark saying there was a buck in the field.  one of them said they were going to try to stalk it, wouldn't be that hard, it was dark.  think these were the two that 6point ran in to.
