Picked up a dozen Easton FMJ's at the Sportsmen's Center and more than half of them have globs of excess glue on the shafts.
Before I run back and complain, is there an easy way to remove the glue without destroying the shafts? Thanks, Rob |

| Are they carbon or Aluminum? Either way use a razor blade. Be very careful if there carbon so you dont shave the shaft. but once glue is gone use a scuff pad to get the small bits off. | ||

Dont worry about shaving a little bit of the shaft off. I rip off the fletching and shave the access glue down with a razor. Then I use a very fine gritt sand paper to smooth it out and prepare the shaft for refletch. Taking a bit of the carbon shaft off is not an issue. Dont stress it.. __________________ Swift, Silent, Deadly and HUMANE !!

I would have been unhappy. No excuse for that when all they had to do was wipe the excess off. Complain to Ronny.
