NJ Hunter / New Jersey Politics & Guns / NJ Firearms ID Card / FID address change experience.

I am moving at the end of Sept to get closer to my new job.

Does anyone have experience with FID address changes in the following towns: Lincoln Park; Bloomingdale; Riverdale; Wanaque;Mahwah; Ridgewood.

I am leaning heavily toward Lincoln Park unless someone has an FID horror story there.

Mahwah and Ridgewood however are super close to my job, but too far from zone4. Although they are real close to Sterling Forest and zone 3

Frank, congrats on the new job. Don't worry about traveling to zone 4, your always welcome to stay at the house.

Frank, here is the application, print it, fill it out, hand into the police in your new town, I also emailed it to you

Unfortunately you will have to go throught he same nonsense you went through when you got your first card. They will have to finger print you again and do a back ground check $$$$$$$$$$$.

Good luck and hope your not in a hurry.

Then again every township is differant, so you may not have to go through the nonsense like most do.keep us posted and let us know...
