She can sue him civily for tesspass and win a nominal judgment of $1,000.00 + punitive damages for intentional tresspass. Don't think he's the only one doing this sht. Im willing to bet the other wackjobs are doing this kind of stuff they just hav'nt been caught yet, they're all a bunch of sneaky a$$holes.
