just put in my secret spot plot. on the back of a 40 acre corn field, the farmer always misses a little bit in the back corner. every third year is corn year. the soil gets chicken manure, chisle plowed, then cut harrow. it's easy to run the roto-tiller over.
then spread the secret spot. and pull a section of expanded metal over it. hopefully we get some thunder storms this week. this was done in one hour, and the seed is $10 at Dicks. 
i did the same thing three years ago. the deer seem to hit the plot before going into the corn. it gives you a 10 yard window instead of 1 yard, before you loose them in the corn. i took this buck in my last plot of secret spot.  don't go pulling out the farmers crops for a plot.__________________ united bowhunters of nj
