It also , depends if your hunting private land or public land .If you are baiting the deer they can be bedding right next to your bait . There really is no perfect time to arrive to your stand .One doe season I went Four saturdays and did not see a deer until the 4th saturday when I arrived at my stand after 7:00 am. This was also the only spot I could hunt legally . I harvested 2 deer that day . Remember deer will also patern the hunting pressure going on .Despite what most of you think bucks and does are very smart .

I like to be in the tree at least 1 & 1/2 hours before legal shooting light during bow season. Lots of guys think I'm nuts, but if I take my time and watch each step going in, I can get to the stand quietly. and what movement I did that bumped any deer, will long be forgotten toward sunup as I've been motionless in the stand for over an hour.

I prefer morning hunts for bow season because lots of guys hunt only the afternoons, and I have taken lots of deer on that morning hunt.

Depends on where the stand is. If it's near what I believe is a bucks bedding area, I get in 60 to 90 minutes before first light. If I'm hunting a funnel or pinch point, 30 minutes might be good enough, depending on what's nearby. If I'm hunting a field corner or edge, I'll wait for first light to avoid spooking deer in the field. I've had pretty good luck getting to the edge of a cornfield at first light and still hunting to my stand on the edge.

What NJ-Bowhntr said.

There is no set time, you have to change and adapt.

This is where it pays off to know the deer and what they do without letting them know about you. All of my scouting for this year was done last year and through this Spring. Now its time to sit back and watch the deer from afar, just to see which bucks are around and if they're using the same general travel routes. (Which they typically do)

I usually get in my stand a few days in advance

Actually what NJ-Bowhntr states and what Matty further touches on is agreeable.  But, generalizing, I normally get into my stand at least an hour before first light to allow things to settle down.  That means I am ready to go and sitting listening by an hour before dawn.

If you have your own property, set some extra trail cams up near your stand entrance. Use them specifically to identify when and if deer are located between your entrance and your stand. That way you know how early you need to be. Also, use the FLASH from the camera as a way to tell if deer are present when youre about to enter the woods. Also, cut and rake a clean path to your stands..

Which means your there only a half hour before shooting time.

I like to be up and situated an hour before legal shooting time. It's nice to have deer feeding under you before first light, hoping they'll hang around awhile. I have gotten there up to 3 hours earlier than anticipated due to not wanting to go back to sleep and risk missing a hunt or worse scaring/schooling deer on the way in.
