Not sure if any of you guys have tried their sausage, but I really enjoyed it. These guys are down in Whitehouse Station and do a very nice job. Last night my family and I had their long sausages on the grill w/ peppers and onions. Then this morning we had their loose sausage with eggs. Pretty Tasty! You guys should try it!

They make awesome venison country sausage, pepperoni, summersausage....pretty much everything.  Just started using them this year.  I won't take my deer anywhere else from now on.

Yup.  I had them make italian venison sausage for me this year.  It was good.

Will they process the whole deer or do they just want bulk meat? I have 10 pounds of rough ground venison in the freezer to use.

They will process the whole deer.  They'll cut pigs too.

I know some of you guys have not had good experiances with Werner but I been eating the last of hot sausage he's done last year and I am very pleased with it? I use 2 to 3 differant butchers a year and went back to Werner last year and was very pleased with what I got.

The peporoni idea I like will have to try.
