I'll ask a buddy of mine . He did tell me about one . I do my own but think I will use a butcher this year .

I have not been in Jackson long so really do not know my way around .

I use Kit from Hometown Butchers on Rt.524 Elton-Aldelphia Road in Freehold. He's a check in station, and part of the venison for the homeless program, cuts deer anyway you want it, charges $60 buck for a regular cut $50 for a small deer. Make Hot dogs, sausage, teriyaki seasoned venison, hot sticks, etc.
His number is 732-462-8149

Jack's been too busy huntin!

I was thinking about using Hometown, wanted to get some feedback, looks good so far.  Maybe next year I'll use him.  Anyone ever get any of the sausage or teriyaki/marinated venison from him?

Another butcher I'd recommend is P&T Butchers located in Englishtown.  They are extremely quick, clean, with a great setup.  Their # is (732)656-9170.
