I've got a heart from a deer that I've shot but have no idea how to cook it.  What recipe(s) do you use for cooking one?

In the end, it's the "HUNTER" that gets the deer not the BOW !
The bowman, to be successful as a hunter, must learn to perfection the habits of his game.
NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF BOW HE USES !

When I lived in upstate NY my neighbors wife used to pickle the deer hearts for us. Great snacks.
