If I remember, they're kind of on the expensive side.  I brought in 75lbs of meat one year and it cost me just over $200 to have it processed.  But I've been back since... they're worth the money.  I normally have deer sticks, venison hot dogs, venison bologna, and venison kielbasa made.

they're new owners now..let's see..30$debone..190$for deer sticks and hot sticks(whole deer minus backstraps)to be honest, everything they did for me was reasonable and quick(and very gooooood)

I went there with the wife on Saturday.  Man they are awesome.  We bought so many different things...brotwurst, hot dogs, etc.  I see they have all different kinds of wild game too.  Does anyone else go there?  I know dirtfarmer does...lol

Jimmy Young in Blairstown does a nice job too.  Not sure if he is open year round or just during hunting season.  He processes a lot of game.  I have seen bears and wild boar in there.  I recommend him!

I have been using Frigid Freeze in Reiglersville, PA..They do a great job, vacuum seal everything, I usually get italian sausage, jerky, kielbasa plus roasts and steaks for  $110-$130 depending on size.

Just got my meat back from Alpine. Hot dogs, deer sticks,Breakfest sausage,Keilbasi,Pepper sticks and Deer roll its like taylor ham  . everthing from there tastes great .they do a great job

Alpine meats rocks.  I usually got there to grab a sandwich when I'm fishing up there.  The Landjaeger sausages, hungarian kielbasa, real westphalian ham etc are phenomenal.

It the only butchers that I know of in NJ that will sell calf's kidneys in addition to great calf's liver.

In the winter, they make a great and mean absolutely f'n great pea soup that is full of great chunks of smoked meats and sausage which does a fantastic job of keeping the cold out!

I use Alpine all the time there keilbasi is Awesome!!!! And the Deer sticks are out of this world. Only thing with Alpine is you don't get your Deer back. You bring them a certan amount of lbs and that is what you get back. Your meat is combined with other meat and then you pay for what you brought in. I never had a problem with it. He also only takes clean meat that was already cut and free of all hair. They do a great job though.

You've got that right   They make them themselves, apparently - well worth the effort
