Talk about fast action.  When are our legislatures voting?

NASHVILLE — In a surprise move, a House panel voted today to repeal a state law that forbids the carrying of handguns on property and buildings owned by state, county and city governments — including parks and playgrounds.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I think the recent Virginia disaster — or catastrophe or nightmare or whatever you want to call it — has woken up a lot of people to the need for having guns available to law-abiding citizens," said Rep. Frank Niceley, R-Strawberry Plains. "I hope that is what this vote reflects."

Now if only a few more blind folded states would realize Disarming the good citizens of our country will only create more victims and do nothing, but raise the crime levels and murder rates.

THE TRUTH IS People who are capable of protecting themselves, there family and those around them, will most likely never end up being a victim in some murder statistic.

About time...bring it to NJ!

The minute criminals realize law abiding citizens are lawfully carrying firearms to protect themselves, suddenly crime starts dwindling.

This what most criminals do when faced by a now armed intended victim

That's hilarious!  I didn't notice he dropped the gun until the fourth time it played.

It will never happen in NJ. Even guys who support carrying will not support it here. Political suicide to bring up for a politician in NJ.
