Coming down parkway south bound around exit 102. There is a road crossing under parkway I think wykoff rd, Right in woods between north and south bound lane is a dead huge rack buck about 20 yards in woods. The deer is only about 50 yards off that crossroad.

that is tinton falls - could be wayside rd, or west park - I think they both go under the parkway in that general area.

Is it right at the exit- before or after?

I only travel that stretch of the PW maybe only 6 times a year...for years, the middle section of the PW in that area has held deer.

Everytime I drive past there I always look for deer.

can you legally hunt in the middle of the parkway?

You would have to drop the deer where he/she stands.  You don't want the deer running onto the Parkway.

I read a sign under one of the bucks at the deer classic which had a shed off of the buck that was shot. The sign said, this shed was found by blah blah blah and is no legal for possession in NJ. So, I would assume, sheds are ok, but hacking off a set isn't?

A few years back they legalized the possession of Shed antlers.
But if you have a sawed off set, or skull with antlers, you need a tag on it. Which means using a buck stub just like you had shot it

Welcome to New Jersey

In the end, it's the "HUNTER" that gets the deer not the BOW !
The bowman, to be successful as a hunter, must learn to perfection the habits of his game.
NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF BOW HE USES !
