Shooter for me. Thats about what i want before i will shoot. However last year on y property i shoot anything for now. Working on a lease for next year. 6 guys 840 acres if the deal goes through. 4 guys bowhunt the rest only hunt 6 day firramr and muzzloader. 8 point or better restriction and off limit areas.

Its a long shot but still a shot!

He needs one more year and he'll be a shooter. Yes , theres the chance he may get taken on another property,but he made it this far. If you keep the mentality that someone on another property will shoot him , so shoot him first, then you'll never grow giants.

I guess there is no wondering now or second guessing, your bud did what most of us would have done. Should'nt worry about a year or 2, for the one you p [no swearing please] today most likely will be gone tommorow. In some sort of fashion.
