Jim is the man - but didnt do this one. All Game in Neptune. Jim's prices got to high for me, and I know he is jammed on Safari stuff. 

He did do the one in the background though. If i get something really really nice- I will pay for him.

I am really happy with this mount, but Jim does details that in my opinion are 2nd to none.

MPEMT - Yes it was - ended up splitting the end of the rack. I'm not sure, but I think a bug can cause that when the rack is still in Velvet

A fly lays an egg in the blood of a wound on the horn when it is in velvet, and as he eats the horn will grow right around him leaving a tube appearance.

I have seen bulbous growths on antlers that have been encapsulated at the tips of the antlers.  I want to say it is some sort of flies that cause this.
