Probably happend at Stewart Air force base in Newburgh NY. I work up on the ramp every couple of weeks and the bucks up there are unbelievable! Of course you can't hunt that land but BIG bucks all over. We have seen them on the runway and taxi ways pretty often. That's a shame, that was a nice buck! Hopefully no one besides the deer were hurt.

Might be a 130, def a low plane. As soon as I saw the buck I was guessing it was on a base. Most of your deer strikes are always on bases, especially the big boys. Some huge deer on bases...

What a great looking Buck, I was on the aircraft carrier the day that happened those are my feet there see them. It was an f-14 jet.I think John Mc Cain was flying it.Damn ships captain had it mounted , it's still there Hey, It's a joke.
