NJ Hunter / New Jersey Small Game & Waterfowl Hunting / Pheasantgate.com / Stu... what a dope....

I sent Stu a notarized registered letter informing The Animal Protection PAC they are using footage that I own against my wishes and if they continue to do so after they receive my letter there is a charge of 25 dollars a day per  video clip. 875.00 a week sent to me.

I'm going to send him an invoice each week and  and before it reaches $ 3000 I'm going to take The PAC to small claims court to try to get my money.

The couple of attorneys I did speak to said I did have a case against PAC for using my footage but it all will rest on the judge more than anything.

Any one on here know anything about copy right law?

Ohh here's the letter the idiot sent out to the rest of the idiot tree huggers....

All parts of my above text are owned by me and are now copy right protected.

>Dear friends,
>
>A few days ago the Animal Protection PAC received a letter from the hunter who took the video footage of the United Bowhunters of New Jersey brutally kicking and killing pheasants.
>
>This is the same guy who had called me and said that his lawyer was going to send a letter demanding that we remove the UBNJ videos from our website. The letter that arrived was not from a lawyer, but he tried everything he could to make this seem as imposing as possible, which, of course, made it the more laughable.  For instance, it not only came as registered mail, but was notarized. I'm sure if he had a secret decoder ring, he would have left that imprint on the envelope as well. To cut to the chase, he demands that we remove the footage from our site and that if we don't he wants us to pay him $875.00 for its use.
>
>Before I give our answer, let me remind you of what the Asbury Park Press said about these hunters in an editorial after they had seen the videos. They called it "barbaric," said bowhunters standards for the killing "violate any civilized standard of behavior," and ended with this: "If officials find there are no grounds for doing so, lawmakers must draft legislation that will provide an appropriate punishment for yahoos who engage in such cowardly, inhumane conduct."
>
>It isn't even necessary for me to give my thoughts on how vile, thuggish, and pathetic the bowhunters acted in those videos, but I will do so for this reason: There was a picture on the UBNJ website from the shoot which showed a hunter holding a pheasant in his right arm and twirling the bird at what appears to be full speed. It is the epitome of how disgraceful and cruel these thugs were to those birds, and the essence of why we fight against hunting and why our cause is so honorable.  Even the UBNJ must have known how scandalous the picture was because they took it down, along with some others. And when I compared this picture to that of the hunter who sent me the registered and notarized letter, I realized that it appears to be the same man.
>
>Now our answer to the hunter's letter.
>
>* We shall not change our site in any way, save to openly invite everyone to once again look at those videos and witness for themselves the craven actions of the bowhunters.  http://www.protectnjanimals.com/main.html
>
>*We shall continue to expose the filthy pheasant shoot and, as we agree fully with the editors of the Asbury Park Press, condemn all who took part as being cowards.
>
>* We also invite you to view the video that this thug sent to Angi Metler, which is of himself shooting a deer with an arrow.  http://www.protectnjanimals.com/Buck.html
>
>For those who may think our defiance is an act of bravado, please be assured that we have one more card to play, one which shall deal with all this in a matter so fitting that it will be of the most perfect irony.
>
>Sincerely,
>

Contact a lawyer as soon as possible.  You may have a case against this idiot, but because you posted the videos it may be seen as publication, and thus you had no expectation of privacy.  Contact a lawyer though because you cant just say something is copyrighted, there is a process to doing so.

Stu is such an idiot, theres nothing more to say about him.

Sugar - I can't wait to see what happens when the judge rules in your favor and this idiotic group has to pay you huge $$$s from continually having your video on their site.  Good luck and stick it to these scumbags.

According to this website (which I didn't really peruse in too much detail) your work should be technically copyrighted.  It is yours and someone is using it without your expressed permission.   In any case, I would definitely get a lawyer in on this. Even though it may get a bit expensive, it may pay in the end.  You've notified them, which was the right first step.  If they don't follow your wishes, you should def go on to the next step.

F*ck Stu
He's the dumbest low life piece of sh*t and the only people that listen to his nonsense are his gay far left liberal butt buddies.
He can just kiss this BOW HUNTER ASS.
There is nothing he will ever do or say to stop us from bow hunting, so I’ll never sweat a fruit loop like him.

If you don't want to be called thuggish, vile or pathetic don't wish harm on someone.  Never lower yourself to the level of the people you are dealing with, and don't try to argue with someone with less intelligence.

I agree, the only thing I wish for Stu is that he somewhere, somehow finds some intelligence.

When you make a WMV it is smart to add your name and such to the title bar.

If it is redone at least you have the copy to prove it is you clip .

I would charge them $1000.00/per day, this way every star in the video could get a cut.

Watch it, Stu seems to have the "irony card" which in itself may be the most powerful card in the deck.  Hopefully Shug has the "satire" card which is a similar card with comparable powers but reverses the power of the irony card on it's holder.

Stu lives in a cartoon world.....

Sugar.  We have to stick it to this guy now and put him away before he starts raping dolphins or something.  Its obvious that this guy is looney toons beyond any hope of recovery.  Its time to shut him down.  You have my full support.  Just let me know what you need.

What, exactly is "full speed" to twirl a pheasant??  I just want to make sure I'm twirling them fast enough.  If you twirl them at half speed does that mean they are half cocked?

That's the point of the suit....all the talk and posts cannot be used for anything other than their intended purpose (which does not include stuie and his brainless anti agenda.)
