He went with Woj to get one of my tree stands down that I didn't have time to get and now he has a new spot to hunt! His exact words were "Jim, thats a good spot! I think I'm going to jack-it!"
Forget about fishing with the guy... I spend the whole time tring not to get my line tangled with his everytime he casts into my spot!

Hi, I'm new here, said my hellos in the zone 4 forum, then my computer flipped out so I'm a few days later saying hi here.  Anyway, I like to troll the nj.com forums for anti-hunters, and while looking at the hunting for um there, someone said to  try this site out. So here I am.

I'm a newbie, heard about your site on NJFishing.com.
I hope those of you in your Tourney had a good time!
I live out in Hunterdon County, near Clinton.  I hunt the corner of my property, and another peice down the road. Bow and Gun, and some out of State hunting also.   I fish Saltwater only, have my own boat, and love to hunt!
GREAT SITE!

Hello Everyone

My name is Gurinder and I am a new member here and recently got my shotgun and rifle education courses completed and purchased the hunting license.  I am from Iselin, NJ.  I would love to hear advices from experienced hunters.  I am planning on hunting turkey in fall and snow goose hunting in sept as well.  Please provide helpful tips as to the areas and other begineer info.  Thanks everyone.  Good hunting.

Welcome redbarn. I'm over in Gloucester Co but hunt mostly in Salem Co. You are in chigger grand central over in Bellplain. Boy do I have stories about Bellplain chiggers. I'm itching just thinking about them.

Hey everyone, just joined up. I found this place looking for information on getting my FPID and hunting license. I've never been hunting, but my dad is an avid hunter and I want to go on some hunts with him while he's still able to get out there.

Sorry, this isn't my first post, but I'm only about a week old on here.  I found you guys while searching for info on the FID process.

I live in Merchantville (Camden County) and put in my FID app July 2nd.  My references received and sent back their forms two weeks ago and so I guess it's all a waiting game on the NJSP at this point.  Merchantville PD has been great and friendly throughout the process.  My wife is (eventually) going to hand in her app and get an FID and PPP, too, if she ever gets around to it.

Never hunted, never shot a gun, only held a real gun twice in my life.  I feel the need to do so and exercise my 2nd Amend right before BHO gets in office, appoints some liberal SC Justice to outlaw guns federally.  Sorry for the tangent - don't get me started...

I'm excited to take some training classes, get some good practice at a range or WMA, get a hunting license, and find a hunting partner or two somewhere (work, friends, family, NJH bloggers, etc).  I'm going pretty basic - probably Rem 870 or Moss 500.  Leaning towards the 870 Express Combo if the budget allows.  Any suggestions on what to get, where to purchase, etc?  Dick's seems to have decent prices when they have sales, but I don't know of any mom & pops to compare against.

I'm from Little Falls in Passaic County. Was just looking up hunting land and stumbled on this site. Have been able to hunt the past three years or so but never really go anywhere. No one I know hunts so looking to meet people that can steer me in the right direction. I never joined any other forum before but this looks promising to help me out.
