Hi all. I'm a newbie. I registered about 2 months ago and think this site is great. I hunt in Zone 14. I took my first 2 deer with my bow (Doe & Spike) last season. I gave up hunting for 8 years after my father passed away and got back into last season  . Would be interested in joining a club if anybody knows one with openings for next year.

| I just found this site while doing a search for hunting leases in NJ. I hunt zone 34. I was looking for a new area to hunt due to excessive atv trespassing. I checked out a few of the posts and it looks like a great site so I joined. I like deer and small game hunting, especially squirrel. | ||

Hello I am a newbie!! I am from Burington area. Recently moved to North East Philly. Hunt South Jersey, PA, and Maryland. Bow hunt, Muzz, gun.

Im a Newbie. From Princeton/Lawrence area. I bowhunt whitetails on my farm and some other private property, I Muzzleload and Slug gun hunt sometimes, and on rare occasions, take part in small deer drives on friends property with shotguns. I found NJH while I was Googling something online. Members of this site seem to have alot of knowledge, I appreciatte the enthusiam, as I am an avid, yet new, hunter. I hope that I can bring something to this site, be it hunts on my properties or advice from my personal experiences. I sincerely hope that everyone has the best season of their lives. Im definetly someone that you can ask to help with anything, from hanging stands to, dragging your deer out of the thicket. So, please, dont hesistate to ask for anything, anytime day or night !! I think as hunters we need to stick together and keep our passion alive and strong. We are the past that our future hunters are relying on ! __________________ Swift, Silent, Deadly and HUMANE !!

I live in east brunswick- central nj-- and since I now have a six month old son and another one on the way already(irish twins) this site keeps me in touch with the outside nj hunting world. thanks guys. Hey fellas I'm Jon I'm new to the sight also joined about a week ago found it during a google search.
I have been deer hunting NJ for the last 6 years mainly on my own as my brother is only into ducks, I'm hoping to learn a few things from you guys on the sight and hopefully find a few people to hunt with. P.S. I've only ever deer hunted public land and any tips would be greatly appreciated |

| ARACHYD-i definetly see the most deer, I spend more time in the woods than they do! I ride horses so it is much eaiser to sneak up on deer. Last week I was trotting down a main trail, not being quiet and my horse just stops! and then he looks to the left and I quietly look over and see about 6 point buck.. I called my husband to bust his chops and while I am on the phone with him a big bodied 8 pointer stands up and is staring at me...we did the stare down thing until I walked off with my horse they they ran off! | ||

| Might as well make my first post in the newbie thread. Also a friend of outdoors addiction. Great site, I have been lurking for a while. New to hunting, in my second season. Live in Medford and hunt mostly in zone 19. This season is going well so far, got my EAB doe on opening day and took a big body 6 pointer this past Friday night. Going through the ringer with my FID, I'll have a thorough post all about it when the case is finalized. | ||
