I have a new German Short Hair puppy and am looking for a bird hunting club to join in South Jersey, preferably near the shore.

I have had Short Hairs in the past and being able to hunt on Sundays is important to me.  If anyone has any recommendations or knows of clubs that are looking for members I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

Welcome to the site bobwhite.  Unfortunately I don't know of any, but someone on here will know.  Good luck with the pup.  Post a picture when you get a chance.

Welcome and what part of the shore?

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I do have some pics of the pup but am not sure how to post them.  Are there instructions somewhere on the site?

I am in Ocean City.  I used to hunt Wood [no swearing please] and Quail quite a bit, although we have lost many of our good spots now.  This is another reason for possibly joining a club.

Thanks.

There is Game Creek, M&M and Meadowview here in Salem County.  There are some private clubs too, but all the planets have to be in line to get in.

Thanks for the replies.   I will try to post a couple of pics this evening.

I am not familiar with Meadowview.  Do they have a website?

Thanks.

No, but this is where I go.  It is least expensive and open on Sundays.  It is not as manicured as the others, but the natural settings are more real and inviting.

Wild Work,

Thanks for the info.  Meadowview sounds interesting.

Where in Salem County are they located?  Do you have a phone number?
